Join the Fun – Volunteer! Volunteering as part of the PTA not only benefits the school, but it also benefits your child. When your child sees your involvement in the school, your child will see the importance you place in education.

There are many ways to help!  We are always looking for volunteers to help with  PTA Activities & Fundraising Opportunities.

There are many ways to get involved at school, whether that may be school-wide,  opportunities in your child’s classroom, and for teens seeking community service hours.

Please consider volunteer opportunities both in the classroom (Room Parent, GRACE Art helper, Yearbook, Strategies Lab or clerical work) and supporting school wide programs (Book Fair, Teacher Appreciation Week, Field Day, etc.) Use the form below to sign up!

Where do I Start?

If you are interested in volunteering, you can get started by:

If you are unsure how to start volunteering, the coordinator can talk to you about various volunteer opportunities at the school, and get you started by connecting you to volunteering opportunities of interest to you, including support in the classroom, help from home, fundraising support, and various committee support. We find a role to fit your hours.

World Festival Planning
The PTA is making plans for the school year and wants to ensure that we can create fun and successful events for our kids! Prior year volunteers have supported many fun community events such as the Game Night, Silent Auction, Spirit/Sports Night, Bingo, Restaurant Night, and Music Festival.  Willow Springs has an interesting and diverse community that has previously been showcased at the World Festival Night. This is a wonderful community event but it is only possible with support from the amazing families at our school. If you are able to help in any way, please sign up NOW to ensure that it can happen! We are seeking a coordinator or co-coordinators, committee members, booth leads and booth participants who will be given information and resources from previous years.
